Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Blue gel food coloring (adjust to desired color)
  • ½ cup crushed chocolate chip cookies (e.g., Chips Ahoy or homemade)
  • ½ cup crushed Oreo cookies (or any chocolate sandwich cookie)
  • Customize your scoop with extras like cookie dough chunks, mini chocolate chips, or rich fudge swirls for an even more indulgent treat

Instructions

 Step 1: Whip the Cream Using a stand or hand mixer, whip the heavy cream on high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3–4 minutes).

Step 2: Add Sweetened Condensed Milk Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk. Add vanilla extract if using.

Step 3: Add Food Coloring Add the blue food coloring, one drop at a time, until you reach that bright Cookie Monster hue. Fold gently to combine.

Step 4: Mix in the Cookies Fold in your crushed mini cookies and Oreos. Reserve a few for the topping if desired.

Step 5: Freeze the Mixture Transfer to a loaf pan or freezer-safe container. Top with additional cookies. Step 6: Freeze for 5–6 Hours (or Overnight) Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm.
